Before starting Beacon Remodeling & Renovation, Flavio gained experience working with several construction companies before advancing to a foreman position in the roofing industry. Through years of hands-on work, he developed extensive knowledge in roofing, siding, painting, and residential improvement projects. His leadership experience, attention to detail, and dedication to quality craftsmanship help ensure every project is completed with care and professionalism.

Sondra Ramirez oversees the administrative and customer service side of the business, managing communication, scheduling, and day-to-day operations as the company continues to grow. Together, Flavio and Sondra are building a company rooted in reliability, strong communication, and creating a positive experience for every homeowner they serve.
